Shipping policy

• Our commitment is to dispatch your order within 1-5 working days upon order confirmation.

• Delivery within the UK typically spans 3-7 working days from the dispatch date, although delivery times may vary depending on location and selected shipping method.

You'll receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

   ◦ In cases of unforeseen circumstances or heightened demand causing potential delays, rest assured, we'll promptly inform you via email or phone.

We recognize the importance of your purchase and will keep you updated every step of the way.

Shipping within the UK is free for all products with a minimum purchase of £40.

• While we do offer worldwide shipping, free worldwide shipping is not currently available.

• For exchanges, kindly purchase the return postage label with tracking via DPD, Royal Mail, or Evri to expedite the delivery of your items to us and their return to you upon receipt of your original purchase. Please note that this service is not covered under our Refund Policy.

• We take meticulous care in packaging your orders to ensure they reach you in impeccable condition. Each piece of jewellery is securely nestled in an ethnic pouch, unless otherwise specified.

NB : Orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered on the next business day.
