Please note that showering with gold-plated jewelry may alter its appearance, and we cannot accept responsibility for such changes. Our policy explicitly advises against showering with gold-plated pieces to preserve their shine. Therefore, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds for gold-plated jewelry affected by showering or water exposure, as this warning was clearly communicated. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines and caring for your jewelry is appreciated to ensure its longevity.*

**Exchange Policy**

*Different return conditions apply to the following products:*

**For Jewellery:**

*Our exchange policy exclusively applies to jewelry items crafted from gold plated and sterling silver, encompassing bracelets, rings, and necklaces. Upon receipt of your item/s, you have a 48-hour window to decide on an exchange. To expedite the process, promptly return the item/s within this timeframe. Should you opt for an exchange, you are responsible for the shipping costs to and from our facility. Ensure the item/s and original packaging are in pristine condition and unworn for a successful exchange. False claims will be thoroughly investigated upon arrival. Allow 1 to 5 working days for processing once the return reaches our facility. If exchanging, a refund on the original payment is only possible if the new purchase matches or exceeds the original payment within the 48-hour window. This safeguards fair transactions and covers administrative costs. Adhere to our policy guidelines to secure a refund for exchanged items. Items must be returned in pristine condition, with both jewelry pieces and packaging free from wear or tear. Failure to meet these criteria may result in refund ineligibility. Please note, we are not liable for any loss or damages during the exchange process.*


**Exceptions / Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Jewellery:**

*For stringent quality control and hygiene standards, we do not entertain refunds or exchanges for worn or unworn gold-plated earrings, cufflinks, bangles, sterling silver earrings, bangles, anklets, as well as beaded bracelets, necklaces, anklets, and charm earrings, regardless of condition. This policy is vital for the safety and satisfaction of our esteemed customers. Certain items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations concerning hygiene and cleanliness, especially those in direct contact with the body and face. These measures are in place to uphold product integrity and customer safety. Once these items leave our facility and experience any form of use or handling, whether worn or not, we cannot guarantee their pristine condition or original authenticity. Regrettably, personalized, engraved, and customized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to their unique nature, meticulously crafted to your specifications. Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.*


**For Mugs, T-shirts & Hoodies:**

*Products that are printed on-demand, such as Mugs, Hoodies, and T-shirts, are printed specifically on order for you from our supplier and shipped to you directly from the supplier. These printed clothes cannot be returned. So please check your size carefully in the size chart in advance.*


**For Tablecloths:**

*Our tablecloths are meticulously crafted to enhance your dining experience with elegance and durability. However, if there are any defects or damages upon receipt, please contact us immediately for assistance. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products.*


**For Accessories Tables:**

*Our table accessories are designed to complement your decor while adding functionality and style. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist you in resolving them.*


**For Fabric:**

*The return of fabrics is possible if they still have their original length of 6 yards (5.48M) and original stickers. Custom-cut fabrics (e.g., 1 yard, 2 yards, or 3 yards in length) cannot be returned because they have been cut especially for your order. If the product you received contains extraordinary printing or material errors, please contact us within 5 days. We will take care of a suitable solution or exchange with a new product. Products can only be returned if they are in their original condition. Products that have been washed, damaged, worn, cut, or have labels removed cannot be returned.*


**For Bags:**

*Our bags are crafted with precision and care to ensure durability and style. If you encounter any issues with your bag, please contact us for assistance.*


**For Wood Holders:**

*Our wood holders are handcrafted with attention to detail, adding a touch of rustic charm to your home decor. If there are any defects or damages, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.*


**Damages and Issues:**

*We urge you to thoroughly inspect your order upon arrival and immediately inform us of any issues such as defects, damages, or incorrect items. Your prompt communication enables us to swiftly rectify any concerns and guarantee your contentment. Please refrain from making unsubstantiated claims, as they will be thoroughly investigated upon receipt.*


**Worldwide Shipping:**

*Upon receiving your item, you have 48 hours to decide on an exchange. If you opt for an exchange, you must cover shipping costs to and from our facility. The item, including its original packaging, must be in pristine, unworn condition for a successful exchange. The exchange must fall within the price range of the initial purchase. Please note, once the item is delivered to your address, we are not liable for any loss or damages prior to its return to us for exchange. Furthermore, a refund on your original payment will only occur if the new purchase matches or exceeds the original amount within the 48-hour window. This policy ensures fairness and covers administrative costs. Unfortunately, any amount lower will not be refunded. Please adhere to our guidelines to avoid refund ineligibility. Items must be returned in pristine condition, with both jewelry pieces and packaging free from wear or tear.*

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping expenses for returning products. Ensure proper packaging of the items and opt for a shipping method that includes tracking. Retain the receipt as evidence of shipment.
Please be advised that Ethneegifts cannot be held accountable for lost returns. Prepay all return shipping fees. Additionally, for returns originating outside the EU, customers are liable for any incurred customs duties before we can accept the return package. Any customs charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

For exchanges, kindly purchase the return postage label with tracking via DPD, Royal Mail, or Evri to expedite the delivery of your items to us and their return to you upon receipt of your original purchase. Please note that this service is not covered under our Refund Policy.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
